Karina and Rhys form one of Melbourne’s most outstanding musical duos with a sound, energy and entertaining stage presence that needs to be seen to be believed. Together they have an innate ability to not only entertain, but draw a crowd in to experience what they have to offer.

Rhys’s expert guitar playing and vocal versatility can provide the soundtrack for any type of occasion. Growing up in Melbourne with a variety of musical influences, Rhys carries his eclectic tastes into every performance he gives. This gives him the ability to play and sing songs from a wide catalogue that he describes as ‘not your average acoustic covers’.

Originally from Adelaide, Karina Chavez has been a consistent and highly sought after vocalist on the Melbourne and Adelaide cover band circuit. Experienced in various genres such as Top 40, Rock, Soul and Jazz, Karina is best known in the club scene for the massive international dance hit “Show me Love”, which received an ARIA nomination and spawned eight hit singles from the album “Get lucky”. On the back of the success of the album, Karina toured nationally and internationally with Mobin Master. In 2009 Karina’s success in the music industry led to a move to Melbourne to further her career.

As a duo, Karina and Rhys deliver an electrifying performance that is sure to entertain any audience, big or small. They cover music from the 60’s to now, with an ever evolving set list of songs ranging from the best easy listening, to soothing Soul, electrifying Funk, roaring Rock and Roll and precision top 40 Pop hits. Karina’s extraordinary vocal ability and prowess combined with Rhys’s rock solid guitar playing and vocals are sure to deliver an outstanding performance at every show.
